Payment:
Your booking is
confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit which is refundable less a $25
administration fee should you cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival. This
is payable by credit card.
Full payment is required 14 days
prior to arrival - we accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, Direct deposit, or
cheques. If you cancel within 14 days no refund is given however you may be
able to change your booking to an alternative date (subject to availability).
No Show
Policy:
If you do not
cancel your booking and do not show up, you will be charged the full cost of
your booking.
Damages:
We understand that accidents happen
and we will cover minor breakages, but please let us know so that we can
replace what is broken or damaged.
Guests will be charged for
repair/replacement cost for major damage or theft of items on the property. An
additional cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left in an excessively
dirty state.
